About
Co-Founder & CTO at Protocol Spring. I build companies in crypto and AI, taking ideas from a whiteboard sketch through to the version that ships to real users with real money on the line.
Twenty years of starting things and shipping them. The pattern that keeps me here is the 0 → 1: a hundred decisions a day with incomplete information, betting that the next quarter proves them right. Some have. Some haven't. The ones that did taught me more than the ones that didn't.
The work is half engineering and half deciding what's worth engineering. Which architectural call you can't walk back. Which feature wins the customer. Which hire compounds. Which market is real and which is a story. I get drawn to the places where being technically right early decides whether the business has a year three at all.
Crypto and AI are where the bets are now. Both reward founders who can ship in months what most teams plan in years, and punish anyone who treats the operational layer as someone else's problem. The companies that last are run by founders who still write code.
I'm a builder first, CTO by role, founder by instinct. That means I still read the codebase, still write the hard parts, and still treat the team's bar as something I set personally, not something to delegate.
Based in Poznań, Poland. Open to new ventures and the right kind of trouble, including occasional advisory work for founders building in adjacent spaces.
